The perfect soldering station for serious hobbyists, do-it-yourselfers, and students who want a higher level of soldering performance than they can get with a standard gun or iron, but without spending the amount of money on an industrial station. You can adjust the power from 5 to 40 watts – enough variation to change the operating temperature from ambient to 900°F max. Features replaceable heating element and on/off switch with “power-on” indicator light. Interchangeable ST Series tips are solid copper, plated with iron, and precision ground, to provide maximum heat transfer from heater to tip. Station comes with 40-watt pencil iron with cushioned foam grip, 1/8" screwdriver tip (P/N ST3), safety guard iron holder, tip-cleaning sponge, and 2-wire power cord. Operates on 120VAC and is UL approved.

Weller Analog Soldering Station WESD51 or WES51
These electronically controlled soldering stations feature a heater and sensor design that allows for quick heat-up and recovery. Wireless temperature lockout prevents operators from raising the temperature to levels higher than specified for the board or component. Wireless tip temperature calibration provides the user with the capability of resetting station temperature readings to variations in tip sizes and styles. Temperature is dial-adjustable from 350°F to 850°F ±9°F. An automatic shut-off feature extends tip, iron, and station life. Station operates on 120VAC and comes with power unit, detachable 50W iron with ETA (1/16" screwdriver) tip, iron holder and tip-cleaning sponge, power on/off switch, power-on LED, and 3-wire power cord.

WD-1002 Digital ESD Solder Station 85W,
Single Channel, w/ WP80 Iron
The Weller WD1002 is a single channel power unit with an 80 watt WP80 soldering iron and WDH10 iron stand. The WD1 single channel power unit features three independent and fully programmable preset buttons that allow you to select a preset temperature for each. The operation of the buttons is similiar to the station selection buttons on a car radio...just set the temperature to the desired setting, press and hold any of the buttons for two seconds and that button is preset to that temperature. The programming range of the buttons is anywhere within the station's temperature range of 150° to 850°F.
A button can be preset to your favorite idle temperature, allowing you to instantly activate a feature that saves both tip life and power, even before the station activates it automatically. The Weller WD1002 features a large (67mm x 29mm) high contrast LCD display that simultaneously shows currently selected temperature and the temperature that has been programmed for each of the three preset buttons.
The WP80 soldering iron offers 80 watts of power with tip-to-grip and has the same performance characteristics as the WSP80. It is ESD safe to protect sensitive components and perfect for use with lead free solder.
The Weller WDH10 iron stand has a four-position tilt adjustment you can set at the angle that feels best to you. The stand also features an antistatic finish to ensure safety against electrostatic discharge and three (3) tip storage slots.
The special function menu allows you to quickly and easily access six advanced features. Scrolling through the menu is simple, with no complicated button-pressing sequences.

Setback Time: Allows programming of the number of minutes (1-99), before the temperature sets back to idle mode.
Standby Temperature: Allows the selection of desired setback temperature, down to 200°F.
Temperature Lockout: Allows the supervisor to easily set a temperature that cannot be changed by the operator.
F°/C° Switching: Allows the temperature display to read in either °F or °C, depending on your process or preference.
Temperature Offset: Allows the display temperature to be adjusted ± 72°F when working with higher mass tips, where the temperature reading can be affected by the mass of the tip.
Auto-Off Time: Allows programming of the number of minutes of inactivity (1-999), before the station powers off automatically.
